Process
Participants are broken down into groups of five to work on a task. Each group gives each member a number from one to five. To verify each member in the group has a number, the facilitator calls out a number. When the member's number is called out, the member in the group raises their hand. The different member numbers are assigned different roles and responsibilities. Number ones will be the recorders in the group. Number twos will be in charge of getting supplies for the group. Number threes will be the presenters back to the whole group. Number fours will be the timekeeper in the group. Number fives will be the paper holder uppers for the presenter to read off when presenting. For another task the numbers can be re-assigned and members in the group take on different roles and responsibilities.
