- To give the participants an opportunity to become creative and gain the feeling of working together as a team
Equipment
Process
The participants form a circle and throw
their right shoe in the middle of the circle.
Going to the pile of shoes the participants take a shoe that
doesn’t belong to them and put the shoe on their foot or between their
knees. The participants then hold hands
and reform the circle. Each
participant tries to get his/her own shoe back and return the alien shoe
without dropping hands.
