Student athletes: controlling agression

A case study is given of an incident where two students became involved in a physical fight after an argument during a school hockey game. One student was badly injured and laid criminal charges and then sued the School Board for damages. The trial judge found the School Board not directly liable as they had put in place all measures to safeguard students. Details are given of these measures.
