This project was initiated to measure customer satisfaction levels at the City of Saskatoon indoor leisure centre fitness rooms. The survey results are used to modify existing program components and plan for future improvements to the fitness centres. This report provides details of the surveys themselves, information about each of the fitness centres, customer profiles, satisfaction levels and suggestions for improvements.
