In this level there are two categories of activity ‘Developing your organisation’ and ‘Developing your services’. Set out in this document, are the proposed outcomes and action needed to be achieved and our initial assessment of the ability for us to prove evidence at this stage in the process. Clearly the action plan will identify the kinds of things we will need to do to provide the right pieces of evidence.
