Guide to Developing Codes of Conduct

The introduction of this discussion paper explains that there are normally two types of codes that organizations use: aspirational ones or prohibitive ones. Codes of conduct should contribute to the pursuit of good sport and should be used as a tool in the ongoing process of developing ethical conduct. A sample code for athletes is included.
