This site includes information and tips on getting active, and a beginner fitness program for adults with an easy tool that can be performed in the home or at a centre. This online program includes a program booklet with introduction, physical assessment readiness questionnaire, booklet that demonstrates the exercises, and travel cards.

This site also provides links to various other resources, such as to the Aboriginal Diabetes Initiative resource guide, Aboriginal Sports, Recreation, and Physical Activity Partners Council and the Five Pillars document, and many more links to resources for BC First Nation Communities.
