Bringing Customer Service Excellence to the People: Coming Together for the People

Customers typically visit main locations, such as City Hall or administrative offices, to register for swimming lessons, rent rooms or pay parking tickets. To streamline the process, Newmarket’s Customer Service Department assumed these responsibilities at Recreation Kiosks at Community Centres. Newmarket also began soliciting feedback using community wide surveys and online tools that track customer recommendations and satisfaction. This presentation provides information about these strategies and how to use them to deliver consistent, excellent customer service.
