Capitalizing on Community Development Expertise to Create Cultural Shift
There’s no better way to shift a community’s culture than from within. That knowledge changes the role of recreation providers, from being the expert to unleashing the talent and expertise of the people served. In today’s increasingly diverse and distracted communities, finding and tapping that talent can be difficult. This presentation explores ways to build trust and promote cooperation among all the partners in a community.
