Complete Streets Toolkit (U.S.)
This toolkit is the result of a collaboration between the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, Active Transportation Alliance, and the National Complete Streets Coalition (US). It is a guide for incorporating a Complete Streets approach into local planning, design, and construction processes and documents.
The toolkit consists of the following seven components:

Complete Streets is a transportation policy and design approach that requires streets to be planned, designed, operated, and maintained to enable safe, convenient, and comfortable travel and access for all anticipated roadway users, regardless of their age, abilities, or mode of travel.
