Ethics sits at the heart of all debates and policies regarding pricing decisions in your municipality. It’s crucial to come to consensus on what ethical pricing means before settling on an approach to setting fees and charges. This session covers important vocabulary for navigating these discussions, including value-based pricing, cost-based pricing, pricing policies, pricing strategies, price structures and price tactics. It also discusses the different ethical levels of pricing.
