Fitness Program Design for Adults with Disabilities
Provides information on how to start and what to provide for fitness programming for all abilities, including home-based programs. Based on both mental and physical disabilities, this presentation looks at how to set fitness and wellness goals, how to keep participants motivated, and fitness for those in wheelchairs. Includes a review of the FITT principles and how they relate to program design and assessment.
