The research was conducted in Tehran City, in which 489 respondents were randomly selected in different parts and neighbourhoods of the city. The research is mainly based on the hypothesis that, “Social and economic conditions such as income, employment, general quality of life and successful marriage create happiness within the youth”. The method of research used is a combination of theoretical frameworks and empirical realities.
The paper concludes that in the present changing and globalizing world, societies must arrange the necessary policies for the happiness and leisure of the youth in order to prevent controversies.
