Parkland and Trails Acquisition on a Tight Budget: Creative Cases
This session looks at how to take parkland and trail acquisition projects from dormant to active and back on track. Common obstacles experienced when negotiating and closing securement agreements can often be overcome by thinking outside the box. It discusses a wide variety of case studies to demonstrate creative negotiations to obtain win/win solutions as well as the strategic use of partners.
