Looks at the historical context and the design approach of the Capital Region's extensive network of multiuse pathways that allow several types of recreational activities in a variety of environments. Discusses its evolution in addition to challenges faced by the NCC and municipal partners, such as building missing links between the downtown core and peripheral neighbourhoods.
