Strategies For Sustainability:

Very portable can travel where people are and save costs of transportation. Great way to engage people during summer holidays when they are looking for things to do.

Impact Of Program:

In its first summer (June, July and August 2007) Art Bikers worked with over 900 children and adults throughout HRM. Art Bikers has also inspired other young artists to independently take up facilitating arts activities with their communities. Participants increased in number upon return visits to same communities. In our second year of planning we have had over 20 direct requests from community groups to visit their communities.
