Caveman Strong is the evolution of training and provides a unique group dynamic to physical fitness. Caveman Strong is a constantly varied, functional movement regime executed at high intensity (power output). Natural human movements are mixed up into new and exciting workouts every day to improve the 10 generally recognized physical fitness skills which are cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, speed, balance and accuracy. An individual is as fit as they are competent in each of these ten skills and this fitness regime improves each of them through supervised training and practice.Improvements in endurance, stamina, strength and flexibility come about through training. Training refers to activity that improves performance through a measurable organic change in the body.

Caveman Strong also encourages a simple basic Paleo or Paleolithic or Caveman diet. It’s all about figuring out what worked for our ancestry and then adopting the same way of feeding our bodies.
Paleo is based on the idea that humans and their ancestors evolved eating certain foods. These foods included meats, eggs, seafood, nuts and seeds, and fruits and vegetables.
Caveman Strong offers Group Fitness with free coaching and has designed programs fro seniors, schools, the Boys and Girls Club of Cornwall, team training, Competitive Olympic Weightlifting Program and post a Workout Of The Day on their website.The Cavemanstrong Kids program offers “Busy Bees” (3-5 yrs), “Leaping Lizards” (6-9 yrs), “Angry Gorillas” (10-14 yrs) and Kids Nutrition.
For programs outside the gym ( in schools or for community organizations ) funding is available.
At Caveman Strong we are not an affiliate of any program. We are not a normal gym either. We are mix of many modalities that encompass only the best of each method. What you get when you buy a membership off of us is a membership to unlimited personal training or as we would call it – COACHING. The caveman way is all about natural foods to help achieve better health and the perfect physique.The staff at Caveman Strong refer to themselves as strength coaches but I see them as much more. They are teachers, mentors and role models.
From what used to be a small community gym has now transformed to a large community gym with new programs and a new location.With over 200 members, a strong kids program, team training, an Olympic Lifting club, community outreach programs and a facility on Cornwall Island – Caveman Strong is one the premier athletic training locations in all of Ontario.Caveman Strong now offers the biggest kids' fitness programs offered in the community, serving about 100 children according to Touchette.

We believe in educating our members on how to become healthy once and for all through a mixture of Group Fitness, Paleo Diet, Olympic Weightlifting, Sprinting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics & Kettlebell Training. The problem with anything that gains popularity is that you will get other businesses or people that simply think it’s easy.. Exercise science and providing the best service is definitely NOT easy!! We pride ourselves on the best programming around. We have the most certified ‘coaches’ in the area and we strive on getting better each day.
